I have a Chalk GTS 4.0 and my vote is for body color. The car has several black accents all around (grille, side air intakes, roll bar) but none are gloss like the black door handles would be.
I prefer the he body colored door handles. It isn’t a part of the car that I want to draw visual attention to, it distracts my eyes from the otherwise beautiful lines of the car.
My Spyder is Carrera white metallic with black door handles. When my wife saw the car for the first time her exact words were "the car is really cute, and I like the black door handles."

Thats what I thought as well... except the black bar between the rear tails is gloss black.
I have them, on Miami Blue GT4, not by choice. I wouldn't have ordered them myself, but when I do walk up to the car and open the door I think it's pretty interesting.
Here's mine in your colours with black mirrors as well. I'm in the process of doing the rear spoiler black also so will post a picture when that's done. It's not the best picture as it was taken inside. I don't have any decent ones of it out in the open but it gives you an idea. Hope it helps you decide.
I have gloss black door handles on my Miami Blue Cayman, as well as gloss black wheels and spoiler. I ordered the car this way after seeing that Miami Blue looked much better on Boxster's than on Cayman's because of the Boxster's black roof . I love the look of my gloss black bits.
