Does the GT4 A/C always turn on when car starts?

For some reason this is not working for me 
. I turn OFF the fan/air before stopping the engine, but for some reason the fan turns back ON when I start the car. Is there a specific combination of buttons to press to make this work? Thanks in advance!

I tried to read through to see if it was mentioned, but my dealer configured both of my keys with the appropriate climate settings. Mine will pop on at 72 or 75, with no A/C started (on a GTS 4.0). I believe it is in the personalization of the keys, but I also realize that this may not apply to GT/Spyder owners since you guys don't have memory seating/keyless start/and most have buckets. But there should still be a way for you to set it similarly I would think.
