Here are my license plate frames. The colorway on the lettering is to match the black and gold old school license plates from CA. Went with this because one of the most frequent questions I get is if the color is Miami Blue or Mexico Blue.

That's just a bare plate, no frame. The outer edge surround is covered in the same light-reflective white colored stuff the letters are covered with.
