Default Rear license plate frame

The dealer supplied frame is a but flimsy and I really like the thought of a silicon frame.

Thoughts? Amazon??

I purchased Anhai silicon frames from Amazon. Quite happy with them so far. Lots of ventilation.

I found this website called bestlicenseplateframes.com that can do custom frames. I have no affiliation with them but plan on ordering a custom frame from them once my car arrives. I like them because they have an option to match the California Legacy Plate colors so I think that will be nice. They have this option in a plastic frame as well as metal and aluminum too.

Went with this front and rear. Fully compliant with regulations and a very high quality piece. The metal is thick, the brushed finish is very high grade, and the screw covers are twist-on so they will not fall apart.

Paid the usual Porsche premium price, but a high quality product.

Porsche part or aftermarket?

EDIT: Never mind. I think I found it.

Got the Aujen silicone frames from Amazon. Love the simplicity and protection of these.

IMO: FRAME-LESS = CLEANER LOOK
Use 4 - 1/8", or 1/4" plastic washers behind the plate to raise it off the paint/film = perfection!

Ordered these yesterday. Looking for a minimalist way to complete the deal. The dealer plates commemorating my bygone days are too much.

I use the Porsche Club of America frame. I think it looks good. I used to have a rare PCA Cayman Club frame, but I forgot to take it off when I traded it in for the gt4. I just put a piece of silicone behind the plate to protect the paint.
