I was advise when I had the 981 that when running Slicks (I use Pirelli DHs) to make sure the oil level is at the very maximum level allowed......did numerous track days and never had a problem, but I guess it also depends on the track design.

Ask your dealer for the brochure. It should have been delivered with the car.

Attached below is a scanned copy of the "718 Cayman GT4 - Driving on the Race Circuit" brochure. (low resolution scan, so quality is pretty bad)

For me, only thing my post inspections ever found were some zip ties missing on the brake ducts. Simple replacement. The cooling holes in the brake rotors should always be cleared too. Mine would accumulate some matter after a track event.

Excellent thread guys. Appreciate the person who posted the "Driving on the race circuit pamphlet".
I plan on adding 7mm shims to my lower control arms this weekend to gain a little more negative camber. I bought the shims from Seacoast however do I also need to order longer bolts?
Also, I add the additional shim to combine it with the shim that is already there ..correct? Finally, I've read a lot about torque, how should much should those 2 bolts be torqued to. Thanks in advance for a newbie.

You are clueless. Get a shop to do the work. For starters, changing camber requires adjusting toe.
