That is the bulk of the weight gain due to changes in the regulations for specifying a car's weight. I believe AP said it was more like a 40 lbs increase if you compare apples to apples between a 981 and a 718. Eleven of that is in the OPF filters and maybe another 5-10 in that central muffler which looks pretty heavy compared to the two small PSE mufflers of the 981.
Yeah, swap to the Soul pipes and muffler and you knock out a good bit of the delta as would a lithium battery.

I should have mentioned that we weighed with the OEM brakes on the car at the beginning of the thread. Our AP Racing system knocks about 33 lbs. off the car, which would take it to 3073 lbs.

What's the weight difference compared to PCCBs on the GT4 or Spyder?

The relevant point made repeatedly is how Porsche measured weight, Previously they would have taken the lightest iteration of the the GT4: LWBS, PCCBs, radio delete possibly.

Bottom line, apples to apples, the 981 and 718 versions are likely within 50lbs of each other if not less.
