Thanks! Not on Hwy 1 but close. At Crystal Springs reservoir near 280 and 92.

How do the yellow stitching owners feel it complements chalk if they did not have PCCBs? I 100% do not want PCCBs and from some of these pictures am feeling like the yellow stitching clashes chalk a bit without a yellow pop on the outside to bring it in. Thinking I'll just go silver or chalk stitching and pop a red accent on the wheel and chrono.

Hmmm, I think that even without PCCB yellow calipers the yellow stitching on the inside is just fine, Chalk being a neutral colour doesn't clash at all.

Having said that, if you are going with iron brakes with red calipers and mention that you considered red accent and chrono, why not red stitching?

That was my original plan, but after seeing pictures from owner examples the red is too bright for my tastes and I already don't care for the black/red aesthetic.

I think the yellow stitching goes extremely well with the chalk. I have PCCB's but with black calipers. But I agree with Westcoast. If you are doing red calipers you might as well also do red stitching and red gauges. It's not too much for this car.

I'll flip the black calipers back on if I decide on yellow stitching. Seems yellow gauges aren't a GT4 option for whatever reason. Is that aluminum or chalk trim in your car?

Interesting. Breaks up and ties in the yellow, at least in those pictures. I had settled on leather trim when I was trying for PTS. But paint matched trim also very clearly works better on a Spyder than a GT4.

I just like to bring some exterior color into the cabin. Matter of taste. It does break up the yellow and black a bit. Not a fan of CF or leather on the trim parts because they just don't contrast the way I like.

I threw on a 911R **** with my stock boot and that was a nice improvement over what I think is a cheapo for a $150K car. Found it on ebay for $400 or so.

Oh good, that cheap out of place aluminum look on the stock **** was bothering me. Yes, I would prefer breaking up the sea of black as well, but the leather appeared to be the best option vs CF and the too bright aluminum, and the bright stitching helps break things up. Probably go chalk trim now though. Thanks.

There's an even better **** available that has yellow text and gate diagram but I think that's $1200 from Suncoast and wasn't available on "the cheap" from ebay.

you’re spec sounds almost exactly like my build. I have…

Chalk exterior (coupe)
leather trim
silver stitching
red 12:00 marker
silver belts too
