You can thank Euro emissions. The GT3 is surely going to have a particulate filter in Europe and given that the new GT4/Spyder share the same exhaust between Europe and US, the US bound GT3 will probably get it too. Nothing the aftermarket can’t solve. If I get a US car with a particulate filter exhaust, it’s immediately getting yanked for something like an AWE, Akropovic, IPE, Fabspeed, Sharwerks, etc.

Looks like to speculation is over, the jvmax 718 GT4 is listed on BAT as sold for $110,000

Final bid is basically MSRP, but with BAT fee puts the value above MSRP.

Has anyone found one under MSRP? I was able to find an allocation at MSRP pretty easily, wondering if I should take it up or just wait for discounted.

You can try, but I would guess most are going to be very resistant to discounts on a GT car.
Honestly, I'd be happy that you're able to pay just MSRP compared to other Porsche GT cars

You probably won’t get a a “discount” Off MRSP but can get extras.

You missed the point, the idea is to never pay ADM, not ever. I'll take that 'extra' $5K if you don't want it?

In case anyone is interested, Porsche Monterey appears to have a fairly high spec GT4 ($132k MSRP) on the ground for immediate purchase. A bit of an odd looking build (Guards red with Arum wheels and black PPCBs), but there's someone for every color combo. My guess is that this is a customer car that wasn't purchased, as it's not exactly the typical 'floor' type of build.
