I don’t think delay is due to particulate filters... Porsche has been struggling with almost all new models coming stateside. Most being stuck at ports for many days/ multiple months. I see Porsche rearranging production to avoid mass port holds. CARB certification is the main culprit. Porsche is in extreme probation with the EPA due to dieselgate.
