FWIW, my dealer here in Houston has FAR more order demands for the GT4 than Spyder. It would not surprise me if this is case in most places, thus Porsche is placing an emphasis on knocking out GT4s before the end of the year to boost 2019 metrics.

The four smaller dealers I have talked to haven't even received a single GT4 allocation yet.

Is the GT4 worth any ADM at all? My thought process was that for someone who wants a new sports car in 2019 there are not that many options for a manual, mid-engine naturally aspirated. Hence paying maybe 10-15k over might be justifiable as long as the production is limited in some way.

Got a call from local dealer for an open slot at 5k-$10k ADM. Didnt try to negotiate because dont want any ADM at all.

They probably are going to be a bit slow to ramp up production.

Another way to look at it is that the ADM is built into the msrp now.
