Carbon Fiber rear spoiler

Thanks guys and gals, I appreciate the feedback and information. My goal is to convert my CGTS to a GT4 Touring clone. I can use the OEM GT4 front bumper and side intakes. I will fill in the GT4 on the side intakes and front splitter and paint them. The difficult part to find is the GT4 rear spoiler (not the wing). Unfortunately the OEM GT4 spoiler will not bolt up to the GTS rear spoiler raising mechanism. Once I source the rear spoiler, the rest is just ordering the Porsche parts, painting and exchanging the parts. I have not tracked the car in five years and don’t plan to spend a lot of time tracking the car. That being said I don’t believe that the aero will be greatly effected for street use. I plan to use the smaller Spyder front splitter and the larger rear spoiler to try to achieve similar results to the Spyder. This being a street car, I believe that the aero will be fine.

Finally, don’t forget the OEM diffuser, which actually reduces drag and generates significant downforce in the rear.

I see what you’re asking for is the “ducktail” spoiler. In that case, TWL is supposed to have among the best fitment in the aftermarket.

As someone else mentioned above, DBJ makes some nice stuff, a bunch of the guys who track their cars extensively run their wing, splitter, etc. https://www.designsbyjacob.com/ they also have measured/tested their aero, at least that's what they claim.

I have seen pictures of the TWL Carbon rear spoiler mounted on several cars, but $1800 is a little pricey.
Has anyone bought from Fabspeed and in particular the CF rear spoiler that they offer?

happy to help. One note with DBJ, their stuff goes out of stock for a while, so either stay persistent, or sign up for the in stock alerts. Their stuff does come back in stock, but it quickly goes out of stock, so if you want it you have to stay on top of it.
