Defective headlight lenses on 2017 718 with CPO, poor customer service from Porsche.

Hi Lukejt, my car is CPO as well and I'll eventually be taking it in to hopefully have mine replaced. My car is always garaged, whether at home or at work. How much longer is your CPO for? I'm lazy and have a little over a year of CPO left, but if your CPO is ending soon, let me know and I'll get off me **** and check with Porsche Chantilly or Tysons Corner.

All about the service dept
I had headlights replaced on 2 different CPO vehicles of mine. It's all about the service dept's notes in the claim. Try a different dealership of call pcna

Thanks again. I need to get this sorted, my warranty ends in March, I think. PCNA was downright RUDE and I was offended by their reply. The person who responded to me refuses to even answer the phone or respond to emails. What really chafes me is they stated that I am responsible for damaging the headlights.
I had an appointment but there was ice on the roads that morning so I bailed. Really need to give it another go, but being rejected sucks too. lol
