It's actually raised in that first pic, you just can't see the gap in that angle. The next shot you can see the gap.

Yesterday I took delivery of this 2021 Cayman and asked them to check the alignment. Sure enough, the factory alignment was out of specs, so they adjusted the toe on one wheel and the camber on another to bring it into specifications.
