I just watched a video with James, of Auto Amateur on YouTube. His friend, Chris, who I believe is a salesman at the dealership in Minneapolis, spec'd his own car. He said he's driven lots of cars with and without PSP, and he ordered it.
That's enough evidence for me.
You can always get it taken off, but you can't add it later.
