I got close to 20% off on a brand new 2018 Boxster GTS. Math in public. MSRP was $97k and I paid $78k plus tax. Brand new, 127 miles on the odometer. Full 4 year warranty. Just finalized the transaction today.

Safe travels :-)

They even had last week a 95k Boxster S which they just sold for 65k. This is 32% off. These all are 2017 models but they have just 10-20 miles on and are brand new.

There are always deals to be had this time of year. I did also find a brand new 2017 Cayman S in Austin TX for $69k. I bet they still have it. I think it was $88k MSRP. Drove it, but in the end my wife wanted a 2018 Boxster S or GTS, so we bypassed on the Cayman. I'm glad we did too.

Hot damn! I went in last fall to McKenna for a base 718 cayman with 95 miles on the clock. It was allocated as a loaner vehicle but had a manual, so no one really drove it. They wouldn't budge on price. Ended up buying out of state, but would have LOVED to have started a relationship with McKenna.

When it comes to negotiations, McKenna is one of the worst dealerships, they don't even move 1 dollar from their set price. It is their policy set by their owner who has an office in the dealership. But when it comes to deals on demo/service loaner/last year model cars, they have probably the best deals in the entire country. The link I sent is a great example and the 95k boxster S I mentioned was probably the best new Porsche deal I have ever seen.
