Default Pinning Motronic(DME) necessary

hello to all...

I have received a broken DME(motronic).. The module is from a 1992 964 C2 ...Now I want to try to repair it.. but I do not have any description of the connector block...(what signal on pin1, pin2, etc)...
Part of the schematic/wiringdiagram would be wonderfull...

Kind regards

The information you are looking for is in the Factory service manuals and wiring diagrams. I would start there.

This is what I worked out for our Motec conversion loom, but as Geoffrey says it is all shown on the factory loom diagram:

Pin Description
Ignition pulse to output stage
Ground - Ign Output stage shield
DME Relay ground (fuel pump) must switch to gnd
Idle speed control
Tank venting valve (switch at 2000 rpm ??)
Engine speed to Tacho
Signal from AFM
Signal from Hall Sensor (flywheel)
Unused
Ground - Lambda sensor shield
Knock sensor 1
Power supply to AFM (use for Motec AT Sensor)
Diagnostic plug, lead L
Ground, linked to Bosch 24
ti signal, cylinder 3
ti signal, cylinder 6
ti signal, cylinder 1
Permanent positive
Ground - to loom gnd point 3
Unused
Diagnostic plug, knocking yes + no
Check engine control
Resonance flap
Ground
Unused
Ground for AFM
Unused
La sensor signal
Knock sensor 2
Shield for Knock & Hall sensors, Ground for Knock
positive to hall sensor
Consumption gauge (fuel used?)
ti signal, cylinder 5
ti signal, cylinder 4
ti signal, cylinder 2
Unused
Voltage from DME Relay with ignition
Unused
Version coding
Air conditioning compressor clutch
AC switch
Unused
Unused
Intake Air Temperature NTC1
Engine Temperature NTC2
Altitude Potentiometer (BAP sensor)
Speed/reference mark positive
Speed/reference mark negative shield
Unused
Heating/air-conditioning regulation
Unused
Idle signal - throttle valve (use wire for TPS 5v)
Full load signal - throttle valve (use for TPS signal input)
Coding plug characteristic map
Diagnostic plug, lead K

(What did we do before spreadsheets?)

Technically I believe pin 8 is actually the hall sensor from the distributor not the flywheel.
Pins 47-48 are used for the flywheel reference sensor.
