I know I will, but change is good.

You're just bummed it's too soon for you to buy it ;-)

Should we carry one private conversations on the rennlist boards ;-)

No that's ok. I was just trying to drum up support for you not to sell it. ;-)

Isn't it ironic that my last post was # 356 ? ;-)

kpr......Congratulations! Is this your first 356? Hope you plan on joining the 356 Registry and 356 Club.

yes, i do plan on joining the registry, and, yes this is my first 356. I hope to enjoy it as much as other owners of this model.

so far, i have driven it a few times, have been travelling a lot. it has been enjoyable. i am trying to figure out its quirks and learn some more about its personality. i do have a couple of questions:

1) is there a way to reset the trip odometer?

2) is there a switch for hazard lights?

thansk for the comments and I hope to be a frequent contributor to the forum.

Congrats Greg on the sale and kpr on the purchase.

Greg - I emailed my wife the link to your car and she was also impressed with it. It is something that I have been wanting for many years and she would love for us to have one someday, but that isn't today.

I expect in a number of years one will be added to the stable next to the C4S.

if its anything like the 912, there will be a little **** you turn, underneath the trip odomiter gauge. turn that all the way to reset it.

the hazard lights? there should be i think..

PS: Join the registry at www.356registry.org and subscribe to the email list. This is where 356 stuff happens - not on this board (with all due respect to Rennlist, which kicks butt for other models).

only issue is that the digest mode isn't working right now so you'll get lots of emails ! But that's the place to go for answers !
