Feeler: Considering Selling '65 SC Coupe
I said that I would never sell this car (and might not!) but have an opportunity to purchase another (non-Porsche) car that would necessitate selling my late '65 356SC coupe to pay for it. Very late car, matching numbers, correct colors, etc. Rotisserie restoration by Tim Herman of a nice 60,000 mile car, driven less than 900 miles since restoration. Drives better than it looks, essentially a new 356. $120K Pictures at Tim's site: http://www.carreramotorsport.com/65%20SC%20Coupe.htm
Thanks,
Bobby

Exact color of my interior. Rare. I want one of those steering wheels someday.
Trust me when I tell you this....you will regret selling to the bitter end. You will be driving your new car thinking of this one and shaking your head. Don't do it. Ive sold 3 and regret every one. Finally learned my lesson. I WILL NEVER SELL THIS ONE.

Thanks. That Les Leston 904 steering wheel is the one and only option on the car. My guess is that it was dealer installed when new. You want a $4295 Porsche SC? This was it. Vinyl seats, painted wheels, and no radio.

Beautiful car! I've been toying with the idea of selling mine, or plunging into a restoration. Just don't have time for it these days, though it pains me to think of selling.

I missed out 2 weeks ago on the registry for a wood wheel. It sold immediately upon listing. Torn between keeeping my original black wheel or getting a wood one as they look about a thousand times better.
That site you sent me too had some really nice ones. Thanks.
