looks like the TG at Willhoit's sold. I suspect close to price asked. prices like this may be a shock to some, however... one must appreciate that there are different segments to the 356 market. at the pinnacle are investment grade examples - perfect condition / rarity / market demand / special history (competition, ownership & similar). they trade at a high level among the wealthy, and they stay there.
I've seen junk for $25K, why not the ne plus ultra for 10x?

The garage doors were custom by winfield garage doors in eagle pa. not cheap but really make the exterior.

The 356 is now in Toronto in the showroom of a Porsche dealer (free dry heated storage) awaiting spring so the new owner can enjoy making wonderful memories as I did with the car.
