the car was taken
at or between 12.15 - 13.30 u
was bright daylight
sunshine perfect weather for a 356 classic
was parked between 2 cars in front and at the back
and trust me was a lot of people there who arrived and left
the races started at 13.45 u
presume that car left to italy or such
docs can be found for a 356 ...

David - so very sorry. Have you put the word out yet on the 356 Talk List? That would have the widest reach among the 356 community. You can subscribe to the list at http://www.356registry.org/356talk/join_or_leave.html (you don't have to be a Registry member). You send email to 356talk@356registry.org and it is forwarded by the list to all subscribers of which there are thousands.

You're absolutely right Jim...I asked David to do so, and as he has friends at the 356Talk, it was probably reported already...IF NOT!!! Heads up David... let's spread the word all over Europe and get therse scambags...
David is a great guy and a perfect 356 custodian...I'm positive he'll get "Flipper" back...by the way, this nickname was created at Bend - Oregon with John Audette when I bought the car in 2003...perfect for the car!
Keep the faith David...you'll get it back...

I found this list of links to many 356 clubs, including many in Europe - maybe you should take efforts to let as many European clubs know as possible too. I saw your posts come through on the Talk List, that should help get the word out.
