Default Tyres on chrome 4.5 x 15in rims

I was after some assistance re my 912 and I was advised that as they are the same rims as a 356, you guys might be able to help?

See details of my previous thread in the 912 section below:

Hi there, I would like some advice regaarding replacement tyres for my 1966 Porsche 912. She sits on 4.5 x 15 chrome rims with 165 profile tyres at present but I would like to fit wider tyres on if possible. I was thinking of perhaps 185 x 65 x 15s? Will these fit? Or what would you recommend I put on? I would ideally like a slighly smaller profile and thinner tyre on the front (as I want my car to have a good stance and sit down a bit at the front). Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks. The other 912s I have seen (and that isn't many here in Scotland) all had Fuchs so there were running wider tyres on 5.5 or 6in rims.
