If you rotate the window crank to horizontal and push in on the bezel, you will expose the "collar" where the handle mounts to the splined shaft portion of the crank mechanism. There's a drift pin that goes through the handle collar, through the splined shaft and out the other side. Just tap the pin with an awl or nail set, and it will come through and out.

The handle should pull off easily, just wobble it a bit as you pull on it, if it's stuck in place.
