Just wanted to let the forum know that a new specialty 356 website is up at http://www.convertibledregistry.com/ It's all about the Porsche 356A Convertible D model which was only manufactured for the 1959 model year. A total of 1,330 Convertible Ds were made, making it the rarest full production year 356.
