Hello mates. Can anyone recommend a shop in the South Florida area that I can speak to about specific modifications to a 356? I'm most interested whether some of the modifications I have in mind on a C, can be done to a B just the same.
If it is a T6-B (mid '61 or later IIRC) it is same body, etc. as a C. Different engine, no disk brakes all around, but body is same-same.
Yes I am familiar with the basic differences. Was more interested in learning more about suspension other less known underneath parts. My plane is modify suspension and ride height. Not an outlaw but more aggressive stance.
While torsion bars are different B Vs C the method of lowering in the rear is the same. You can add 1 to 1/12 degree of negative camber and lower the front after to have a slight nose down attitude. More than that and expect negative consequences due to less suspension travel.
I'm familiar with them. I'm sure they are capable but that not really their thing. But I have since found someone and I should have the car back with me next week.
