Personally I like the back; but the front looks plasticky, cluttered up with ridges & lumps....awkward outer fog lights.

Disappointing, especially since I told my wife we could probably get great fares to Geneva next March for an off-season Euro auto show jaunt.

Looks like the front end design team and the back end team didn't talk. Also, what's with the fog lamps? Rear quarter looks like a Boxter.

I'm sure the rear will grow on me. However, these small front lights are really ugly IMO. Also, I think the clean large 996 TT side scoop looks better. If these are real and final, I think the 996 GT2 is really going to go up!

The front end is a fake. Look at the tape and the raised sections over by the left headlight. The hood line does not meet with bumper cover.

That can't be the new turbo. I just can't believe that. They didn't up the power much, didn't drop the weight or even increased it, and now it's ugly too? Who is going to buy that? If that's true it would be such a shame, I was really looking forward to the new Turbo being a big move forward.

Spring of '06 is not that far away. I wonder at which car show they'll officially be unveiling the final version? Let's hope it'll be a homerun and not a swing and a miss.

I hope thats not what the new TT will look like. I was hoping that they would bring back the whale tail, and the front is kind of ugly, i thought they were going back to a more 993 typ look with the 997 these TT look to much like the 996TT for me. I hope there are more changes then what i see form these pics. very dissaponing. ut i bet the car will go like all hell.

Maybe they will put that engine in the Cayman, hell yea....probably not i think i am just dreaming on that one but imagine what it would move like if they did.

Well I guess that I am the only one that doesn't think the car is ugly. I don't get what the complaining is about and look guys no one has seen the real finished product yet. That picture might be it or it might not, who knows?
