MLB Star Explains Why He Identifies with Porsche in Slick New C.J. Wilson Racing Promo
If you’re a fan of baseball, you know of C.J. Wilson. A former pitcher for the Texas Rangers and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, claims to have shared a passion for car racing since childhood. But it’s what he’s doing about it now that’s making headlines.
After being a free agent for several seasons, Wilson always kept his racing hobby on the back burner. At least until he realized that’s what he truly loved, and went all-out and formed C.J. Wilson Racing. While his racing outfit originally began with race-prepared Mazda MX-5 Cup cars, his team quickly made the move to Porsche Cayman GT4 race cars. Oh, and he’s even a full-fledged Rennlist member!
To hype the C.J. Wilson Racing Team and its famous ride, Porsche has teamed with Wilson on a slick new promo video titled “C.J. Wilson & Porsche Motorsport – Parallels in the World of Sports.”

The talented athlete goes on to explain that he has been a huge fan of Porsche ever since he was a kid. He also goes on to explain the specific reasons why he is a Porsche enthusiast. Wilson shares that his determination, and even his skills on the field are similar to Porsche’s race to become motorsport’s greatest.
