Porsche is a very important brand in the car world. From the moment that they stepped onto the playing field until today, they have posed serious competition to even the most renowned car brands in the world. Their rides can stand up to all the major super car makers out there without flinching. Back in the ’90s this was even more true.

No notable supercars were coming out around that time, and Lamborghini and Ferrari were the only strong players in the market. And then came the Porsche 993 Turbo. This ad is geared toward the rise of this car. The slogan is “Kills bugs fast.” It would be difficult to come up with a more simple, direct and effective marketing campaign!

And this ride was definitely competition to every fast ride out there. With a top speed of 181 miles per hours, a “zero to 60 in just over four heartbeats,” 400 horsepower and all-wheel drive, what’s not to love?

While the numbers have improved over the years, it’s hard not to love this aging beauty!
