Rezvani Retro to Release a Tribute to Great ‘70s Porsche 935
Better known for its spectacular apocalyptic SUV recreations, Rezvani Motors is about to sail into uncharted waters with this dramatic Retro 935 clone.
Basically a re-take on the great original 1970s Le Mans-winning 935 Group 5 racer, as much as it apes Porsche’s own track-only 2018 remake, not much else is known about this most interesting new development.
Rezvani has however released dark image of its new creation (top), showing typically Porsche 935 lines. When lightened (above), it reveals a little more 911 detail. So, it appears that it has blended latest Porsche 992 911 genes with that famous 935 flat nose look. Plausibly all wrapped in a lightweight all-carbonfibre shell.
The Rezvani Retro 935 is Still a Secret
The newcomer carries a monster rear wing in typical 935 style, to leave little doubt about the origins of its inspiration. The company only recently took its first step away from its mega trucks with its Corvette C8 based 1,000 HP Beast sportscar. This 935 stimulated car will also launch the company’s new Retro sub-brand.
Rezvani plans to debut the ‘absolutely limited edition’ Retro 935 on 16 April 2024. Nothing much else is known about the Retro 935. Beyond the fact that the curious can ‘reserve their model for a $500 deposit…’
