What’s Up in the Forums: Member Runs Slick 911 YouTube Channel

By -

911Ā Percent covers everything fromĀ PorscheĀ projects to lust-worthy rides.

All of us here at Rennlist share one major thing in common, obviously. And that one thing is an unwavering passion for everything Porsche. While we might not all have the artistic talent to express that passion, we can certainly appreciate those that do. People like creativeĀ Rennlist forum member boman993, for example. Otherwise known as Jakob, the Rennlister runs a 911 YouTube page by the name of 911 Percent.

Jakob’s video producing skills are top notch, with slick transitions and lots of gorgeous cinematography. And of course, plenty of Porsches. Several videosĀ revolve around Jakob’s own 1997 911 Carrera 4S, documenting the various projects he completes on the car. Others simply focus on any number of cool Porsches he comes across, everything from Singers to Panameras.

His video collection has built up quite nicely over time, and all of them are rather entertaining and sometimes informative. Plus, he posts up new clips all the time in this forum thread. Unfortunately, he also lives in cold and snowy Toronto, Canada, so you won’t see him hooning too much in the winter time.

However, he doesn’t just lull away in the winter. As you can see from several videos, Jakob completes a number of winter projects on his car. And he even documents his first spring start up procedure after his 911’s long winter nap. There’s even a nice brake job vid documenting his experience swapping out parts on his 993.

It’s all great information, and oftentimes simply pure Porsche-based fun. With plenty of throaty exhaust notes and mindless revving for good measure. So be sure and give Jakob a follow, and subscribe to his YouTube channel. Not only are you supporting a fellow forum member and Porschophile but you’re also getting some good, clean, free entertainment.
