LOL.

I do have to get under the car again in the rear but the front I do the same.
Unhook cross and put under the frunk lid back out and when the nose is till in the ramp I unhook from the sides. Pretty easy.

I have a remote control winch but never used it.

I only use my wireless remote winch. I paid a lot for it, so I need to get my money's worth!

A winch is always good insurance. Ask me how I know.

I did see a pro trucker use an interesting tiedown technique before. He was using just one long strap for the front and another long strap for the rear. He would run the strap through both wheels to the D rings, so he only need 2 tie-downs. He said he has never had any issues and has towed over a million miles that way. He said the wheels never get dinged up and the straps rarely are an issue with the body work.

24Chrom,

Does the GT4 have holes in the frame rails for shipping? I know some of the older Porsches had them, and that really makes tying down the car really easy. I had them on my Z06, and used T hooks from Macs, and it was even easier than using the Rennline tiedown points.
