Prob not selling fast because 3/4's of the county is in cold weather or snow right now.

Thanks, I hear you about the weather. Unfortunately my work is moving me North in a few weeks, and I won't be able to drive it either. It's likely going to spend the winter months covered up in a garage in Tampa if it doesn't sell. Too bad, would much rather drive it!
