I have been looking for a manual 997 TT for just a short while and I really like what I see here. I'm hit or miss via mobile phone, but would love to hear from you (mountain time.) Bob K 970-903-1279

I'm surprised there hasn't been more interest in this car. The car is now listed on Autotrader. I had begun to think I priced it too high when I received an offer of $70k from a dealer which surprised me as the offer was in the ballpark of other offers from private buyers. Anyway, I turned it down for now but I'm wondering how much profit a dealer might realistically expect to generate from a car like this?

it might not be the best time to sell the car now.
Just wait until the weather clears up. I'm sure the right buyer will take it.
(still debating if i should sell my 996 turbo for this )

Dealer will want to make 5-10k min, assuming they have to do nothing to the car. If they bought it for 70, after cleaning and transport they'd probably take 75-77k min.on a quick sale.
I'd wait until the spring. A couple of yrs ago when I sold my basalt on terracota turbo I first listed it in Dec, got little interest. Relisted in spring early summer, sold to a fellow rennlister within a week or two. It's all timing, now is the nader of Porsche buying season (low point), I'd wait and relist it later.
