It is odd that the 918 and LAF both lost .2 consistently from the Harris' video, but the P1 lost 2 seconds. That is a factor of ten difference which is more than just tires and temperature. Also considering The Grand Tour had a "pro" driver compared to lowly old Harris. There are some inconsistencies between the two tests.

Harris used flying lap, GT used standing start. Nothing to compare.

Very good point! I wasn't comparing time for time, it still seems like a big delta.
