Newport Beach Porsche had 3 a week ago - all 2,000 - 3,000 miles - all $10k over MSRP - sold 2 in last 5 days at that price (they have set price, no negotiation pricing on used cars) - one left. So in S. Cal market remains strong.

Very few ever list selling prices. Asking prices are crazy yardsticks.

I had a 997.2 GT3 and a 991.1 GT3. Around town and just out on the road I like the GT4 better. On track it's a toss for me between .2 GT3 and GT4. But, I preferred the gears in the .2

In a straight line, yes, way faster. At least, feels way faster. But on back roads, at least in my noob hands, GT4 is faster. The GT3 is more challenging. But both are too fast for the street, so does it really matter? On a track, others can speak to it, but think very close.
