Electrical problem
At this time i need little bit help. I just bought a 99 Boxster 2.5 L, I checked all fuse and relays with a texter light to negative pole the texter still showing light on what could be happened.

And a test light shows you have power. If it is grounded and you touch a circuit giving power, it lights.... So you still have power. If you are looking for a draw, you need the car to go to sleep which it will not do it it thinks the door is open. Use a screwdriver to close the latch on the door and wait 10 minutes.
