Removing bumperettes fill in gap?

Yes. did 1 small revisions but you wont be able to see or notice (1mm adjustment) however the panel on my car does not have that rev as it's not noticeable. Only for the super **** ones will notice if stare at the panel for hours-- which i'm not 
As for the 4 "plugs" up top, those are not "needed" or each individual can do their own approach however i wanted to close those 4 holes up top that the bumperrete leave as I do drive in the rain. If i didn't i would probably use some VHB flat tape on the inside therefore no plugs sticking out.
