Any chance you would send me the file, even without info entered, so I can see how you did. Would be much appreciated.

I didn't create a file, just use the cloud.
Go to the site, input a car with VIN and you'll see real quickly how it works.

I've owned my '02 since new, and with over 46k miles now on the car I've only had to replace both front wheel bearings, and the headlight switch. The OEM DVs were replaced with Bailey DVs under warranty.

The strips pulled away from the leather defroster trim. First time replaced with a set on ebay, second time around, took it all off and used gorilla glue to glue it down. The key with gorilla glue is to dampen both areas to be glued. So far so good

This is how I do it as well. I have a simple text file that I enter the date, miles, what was done, part numbers, etc. I have the text file in my DropBox so that I can review and/or edit from any device/any where Then I file away the receipt and usually cut the label with part number/description and file as well.

Interesting.
Purchased my 2003 X50 Turbo October 2015 with 13,700 miles.
I now have 23,200 miles on it and following expenditures:
2 oil changes with third one coming up.
Will need rear tires soon but enjoying the drift for now.
PPI when purchased was perfect and the car has never seen rain or snow and never will. I have never tracked the car but do run it hard. The car is a true joy.

2005 Turbo S
2 summers, bought at 47,000 kms, 51,000 kms now
4000 kms of use:
4 Pilot Sport
changed ALL fluids
plugs as per maintenance schedule
tail light on spoiler

I'm at about a buck per km so far LOL. $1.25 per km if I include gas, road tax, insurance, winter storage.

That's pretty good value for money right there!
