Amen. And the setup was optimized in a wind tunnel instead of being a fashion statement.

I have the GT2 add-on wing, but Im going to replace it soon.

I end up leaving it up all the time so Im going to go with either a fixed GT2 or 997 GT2 style wing/decklid.

I've also thought about doing a 997.2 GT3RS style or cup car wing on a spare decklid that I can swap out for the track, but one of my buddies keeps trying to push me to get the Gemballa wing and decklid, but this might be too over the top for my tastes.. Looks good, but I see it like a pet elephant- good for someone else to have that I can enjoy looking at on occasion, but not for me.

Can't go wrong with GT2 wing...looks great.

Any chance you could post a pic of how it looks on the inside? What is the finish like inside, did it need to be worked as well.

This is on the way for mine and the bonus is that it is the same colour as my car...

Barking Mad

IMO the OE aero kit wing is your best choice.

For everyday street driving the high fixed GT wing is just showing off and rather ridiculous [unless yer a boy racer].

And what about the aero balance at speed?

I looked at lots trying to find an alternative to the OEM because of the price but I just couldn't get past it and had to have it

I thought it looked good when lowered. But cabriolets are tougher to match an aftermarket wing to. The stock wing does look good, especially on the cabs.
