Couple suggestions.

Those who visit other Porsche boards please cross-pollinate this event. More the merrier.

Get a block of rooms lined up somewhere, like the Rio(I'm not a fan of the strip).

Come up with a quirky but memorable name so we can rally around it and lord it over those not in the know. I was thinking 'Porsch-gasm Vegas' - clearly, I'm not very creative.

Make this a sticky please mods/admin?

It doesn't matter where we stay as long as it's Encore, Aria or Cosmo. I do have my standards.

I will gamble anywhere as long as it's not Caesar's. I can't go back there.

Any strip club is good so long as it starts with Spearmint and ends in Rhino.

June is great since I will likely be at the pool while you guys waste your time at the track.

I'm not very picky...

+1 on the name idea as well. My take - Rennrun 2017- Las Vegas, feel free to make your own suggestions.

I will employ B3Freak to make a solid flyer once name, itinerary, and locations are finalized so that can be distributed.

Local Vegas people who are interested in helping and have suggestions for roads and events, post up and PM me with your contact #.

I will work on getting this wrapped up before the end of the year, so come 2017 the entire enterprise is set in stone.

Proposed itinerary for Saturday, 6/10/2017. This is being copy-pasted from excel, so formatting doesn't transfer.

7:00-10:00 Meet at Las Vegas Cars and Coffee at 14200 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89054. Introductions, breakfast, looking at cars, socializing.
10:00-17:00 Scenic Drive through Valley of Fire Park to Overton, to Hover Damn, back to the LV. Lunch at Overton.
17:00-18:30 Free time for participants to get to their hotels, get changed, park cars, take Uber/cab to night portion of the event.
19:00-24:00+ Meet for drinks at Bond (Bond, James Bond Bar at Cosmopolitan Hotel) to start the night events, then move to Vesper for 3rd-4th round. 3708 las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
24:00+ Free time. Those who want to go to sleep, have that option. The rest can accompany G911 to Pink Rhino.
