Price check on a C4S, pls?
I'm selling my 2004 C4S, and was hoping somebody here would be willing to give me a price check. I've put quite a lot into the vehicle over the past couple years, but I'm not sure how directly that should translate into final price? I suppose, if I've started out advertising it too cheap, that would be good to know, too! ;-)
My price is lower than most others, but I also don't see those others actually getting sold, which is something I'd like to have happen...

It has some high mileage (101k miles, or 178k km) -- is it worthwhile posting into the classifieds here at rennlist.com, considering the premium vehicles advertised? [EDIT: POSTED, link above]
Any pointers welcome -- thanks!

Your price doesn't seem out of line, and if it's the cheapest one in Canada, you are at the right place. However, you might want to consider accepting the first decent offer you get.
Best of luck!
And yes, for the few bucks to buy a subscription here, I would also put it up. Your pictures are good. You might also put it on ebay for your asking price or "make offer".

I think your asking price is reasonable.
6 weeks ago I purchased a 2003 Cobalt blue C4S with 110,000 km / 68k miles in Ottawa for $33,500 CAD. Asking price was $35,500. This car was also mint, all services and maintenance done, new clutch / flywheel / rms etc... inch thick folder of service documents and receipts.
Hope that helps give you a recent Canadian reference on a completed sale.

2004 996 is hard to get in Canada under 30k CAD let alone a C4s! I think it is priced well, considering the mileage. Perhaps those in the market for a C4S are will to pay more with lower mileage right now. 177k may scare some, despite the maintenance. Being in Winnipeg doesn't help.
Open up the market and post it here in the classifieds.

Looks good to me - EXCEPT the front bumper - which to me - catches my eye immediately and detracts from the car.
Yes i know it's cheap and the new owner could do it - but it would look 100% better sprayed up - not to costly surely- and probably sell quicker.
Here's a local one to me higher mileage and more money
