Default Tool loan registry: Include item(s) and location

Since some of the tools required to do various maintenance projects on the 996 are expensive, I think it would be cool for those of us who have acquired such tools to offer them up for local loan to other 996 users. So, I propose that if you have specialty items you're willing to loan out to local 996 owners, post a reply to this thread indicating which item(s) you have and where you are located.

If you see an item you'd like to borrow from someone else, please PM that person so the thread doesn't get junked up with chatter.

Items I have available for loan in the San Diego (La Mesa) area:
  • UView 550000 Airlift Cooling System Leak Checker and Airlock Purge Tool Kit for removing and replacing coolant.
  • Motive brake bleeder system.
  • OBD-II scan tool (available for extended loan so you can do a couple of weeks of troubleshooting)
  • Entry-level refrigerant recharge hardware (you just need to supply the refrigerant from Autozone/Pep Boys).

I may have some extra hookers and blow, but the shipping is going to get expensive!

Do we get a Rennlist discount or do we have to pay street retail?

I have, and have offered before, a Durametric Pro. I have both adapters to fit older, round-plug cars.

I'm in the SF Bay Area. Will trade for beer, or use of other equipment

I have a SIR TOOLS wheel bearing remover kit. After I use it (2x), I was planning to try to gradually recoup some of my investment. I also have the breaker bar setup to remove the wheel hub nut that is torqued to 347 lb.

I am in Northboro, MA.

I have an UView 550000 Airlift Cooling System Leak Checker and Airlock Purge Tool Kit, A Durametric Pro with unlimited VINs, a pretty complete set of engine tools and many other tools. All in the Chicago Area. Sometime this spring I will be needing the IMS replacement tools for the LN bearing.
