Is anyone using aftermarket cats and what kind. How much do they run?

Open question, because it depends on what exhaust you are talking about. Its hard to find a stock exhaust, guys who upgrade or change their exhausts typically shelve the stock system for restoral if they sell the car. Cats vary in price quite a bit, you can pay $500+ per cat for very good 200 cell HJS's, and you will still need to get caps and weld them in. You can go quite cheap too, but those ones do not take the heat or last as well.
