993 Déjà vu

993 Déjà vu
I sold my '95 Polar Silver Cab 3 months ago, the third one I've owned, and I regretted it immediately. I envisioned shopping for another within the year, maybe even going with a MY09 to try a modern Porsche. I found two 997.2 models nearby - one a manual and one a PDK. I drove the manual and pretty munched couldn't stand it as compared to what I was used to after 10 years of 993 ownership. Then I drove the PDK and liked it a lot to be honest. But then my very car I sold went up for sale by the boutique dealer I had sold it to, but all the things that had bothered me had been repaired. So I bought it back. Am very happy. Has any one else done this?

Certainly says something for the "mark" - could be an expensive way to repair your car?

Great story - I'm glad for you that you were able to get it back. I almost got my last airplane back that I should never have sold - what an idiot !!
Unfortunately the idiot owners managed to run it off a runway and turn it into an aluminum ball of scrap before I could get it back.
