Lots of possible causes including main engine wiring loom which can cause engine fire so take it in for an OBD diagnostic asap.

Did it misfire as in the engine continuing to run but dropping a cylinder or did the engine completely stop running?

Either that or the fuel filter clogging when the engine is running but when the engine stalls and pressure inside the filter is released, the trash in the filter "falls away" from the element, allowing it to start again. Then the cycle repeats itself.

But I would change the DME relay first.

Did you get a CEL to go along with the stalling/mis-firing of the engine?

thanks for all input.

there are no CEL issue.

this morning make a test drive for 30 min, there are no more mis-fire again ( touch wood).

really don't know what make the mis-fire on yesterday drive.😦😦

one more question, will the loose fan belt cause the demage of DME. i did unplug the fan belt sensor and it still can fire the car, it just the belt light on the clock.😟
