Curious as well. I would be willing to pay a good chunk of money to get the new Turbo S wheels! They are gorgeous.

Default critique my build

http://www.porsche-code.com/PH7J9899

I am set on all options - except for 19 inch wheels - and aluminum trim. thoughts?? I am not sure if 20's will worsen ride and road noise. I kind of like the trim on the windows, but again, not sure. Input appreciated!

I personally love the aluminum trim on a dark car, especially on the dark blue...

I don't have it on my car but I like it equally as well. On dark blue I think it looks gr8 and breaks it up some. Kinda gives it a retro look.

I considered the aluminium trim option as well but decided to stick with standard. The new steering wheel exactly matches the material of the standard trim. While I like the brushed alumminum look, I prefer that consistency in material and finish.

Just to clarify - I did not specify, I am referring to aluminum window trim. Thanks!

Oh sorry about that. I thought they only offered chrome window trim, not aluminum... Well my comment still stands regarding the interior option!

Here is a sample of dark blue with the aluminum window trim. I personally think it looks terrific. I have a cabriolet on order, but if I was getting a coupe, this is the look I would be after.... I am sure it will a fantastic car whatever you choose...

best of luck

I added aluminum window trim on my jet black metallic C4S order. I think it looks good with dark exterior colors, if you prefer more luxury/retro look than sporty. I went for luxury/retro feel with rear wiper.

Just ordered a 991.2 C4.
Build is for a daily driver year round here in Wisconsin with it's winters.
Will be purchasing a set of dedicated wheels and 'snowflake' tires.
We have run Volvo XC70's since 1999 but the winters are changing and one XC70 in the family will be sufficient.
Since no PTS available and I Like 'Guards Red', Guards Red it is with painted vent slats to match for some interior color. Carbon trim to get rid of as much as possible of the bright interior trim.
No painted dials available and that's Ok as I have gotton used to the black dials in my Boxster.
Build is PH3Q5868 if anyone cares to have a look.

Congrats on the order! I would have gone for the 4 if my car was a daily driver but it will be a fair weather weekend car so stuck with the 2.
