Note that snabbgt3 took delivery of his GT3 three days before me, but received his call later. Furthermore, I have a friend who hasn't even taken delivery of his car yet, but he got his call last Friday. I would suggest that the next one of you that receives your call from PCNA should ask what logic is being used to determine the order of calls, and report the response here.
Ivan--I think as I replied previously, the issue that we are all trying to employ logic to a situation and to a process that seems to lack it in significant ways. Frustrating.

My understanding has been, with a variety of e-mails and responses from PCNA confirming this, that the $comp package for "delivered" owners in the amount of $2,000/month is calculated from the "do not drive" date ... i.e. 2/20/2014 when that directive was sent out.

For owners who did not take delivery by the "do not drive" date, i.e. 2/20/2014, the $comp package would presumably be calculated from a later expected delivery date provided each customer awaiting delivery ... but this needs to be confirmed by PCNA.

Each customer subgroup is being dealt with differently.

My car was due on May 2nd to my dealer. PCNA has confirmed that the clock for compensation for me will stet on 5/2/2014 until the date my car is purchased and ready to drive. This is for all those that did not take delivery.

I can confirm. Received my call from Ian today. I kept the conversation open until we can confirm an expected air freight date of my new engine.

I was told, well-within, 2 weeks on further updates. Not a big deal for me right now...

It seems like folks have had real difficulty getting in touch with or hearing back from their GT3 Concierges in recent days. What are they up to?!

They probably have all quit. They probably get treated like crap from their Bosses and hell, we can not be a picnic to deal with either

Order taking is a bitch. They probably leaked something and they are now in Stalag 13 with Schultz. Hope Tim Quinn has been fired as well.

Got a Fed Ex package today. An offer to repurchase letter with a release attached. The letter requests a reply by May 5. Although I asked about options during a conversation with Don Thomas I did not request a repurchase. I think they are trying to force the issue before giving us any real timing information as far as keeping the cars is concerned. I will be sending a strongly worded email in response.

Hi Rallyeporsche. Very interesting. Do you already have a car or are awaiting one? Any chance you could divulge the contents of that letter here or to me by PM?

I've had no problems communicating with Ian or Andrea. Ian called me this morning. I think they're just busy.

I really doubt that. I spoke with them this morning and they gave no impression that they cared what I did, they indicated that any route I chose was fine. No pressure on any option, cash, buyback or 3 yr service/tires.
