i almost not using my 991 GT3 , last time i drove was 3 weeks ago.
i thought few times to sold the GT3 and get car for everyday , like 991 Turbo or AMG GT-S.
i test drive the Turbo S at the dealership , the GT3 so much better !
engine sound , handling , raw
i can't even explain why i feel the GT3 so much better.
so for now i decide to keep the GT3.

i have also Macan Turbo , fantastic SUV for daily use
but not fun to drive , and my wife using it.

i'm looking for a "fun to drive" car for everyday.
what you guys using?

You should try driving your gt3 to work on occasion. That's what I do and it works well. On days with good weather, take your gt3!

i live 1 mile away from my work
and the road are bad quality , so i will not get any fun this way
and also i don't have close parking , so the car will be in the sun or rain all day.

I have MB SL as my DD, but since I've got my first 911, I ironically only use SL when it's snow.

GT3 is a perfect everyday car. Would be even better if it had just one seat. I mean it.

maybe in Europe , you have great asphalt
here in Houston , Texas - the road are very very bad , broken roads.

We have horrible roads, believe me. Still no problem. BTW, my car has no lift.

i will give you example why it's not good idea for me:
the parking locate near contraction company
few weeks ago , they air paint some fence
my BMW parked there , the wind cover my car with the paint dust
it's a Black car , took me 4 hours to remove it with mineral thinner.

think if it was my White GT3 !

Have a cls500 2012, incredibly comfortable and luxurious and is a v8 , for long trips nothing like it

I love driving my 997 to work as it's black on black which is under the radar and doesn't attract too much attention from customers at my work, cops on the road, or crazy commuters, but still gives me 911 feel and sound on the best roads, when I'm not stuck in traffic. Also it's a convertible, which the GT3 isn't and l love driving home on sunny days with the top down, and running errands around town is less of a chore with the sun on my face.

My covert black 997 daily is a great change up from the in your face Red 991 GT3 which I use for the track, canyon runs, special evening events and car gatherings, and long weekend trips.
