easiest way to ensure no air is put the front wheels 12" in the air or more if you can, start the car, set heater to full blast and let the car run for a while, 10-20 minutes even...crack the bleeder screw carefully, watch for steam until steady coolant comes out.

So I'm replacing power steering hoses, rebuilding pump and replacing the compressor. I had a chance to look around for the coolant leak. As I said before, block test was good. I redid the compression on (a hot engine this time) and numbers were low 180s on all cylinders. So I'm confidant no head gasket issue. I replaced cap like advised by you guys but no luck.

I noticed 1 drop of coolant hanging on the bottom of car under passengers seat so I took these pics.
It's weird, coolant seems to be coming out of the holes on that longitudinal body stiffener. I'm not 100 percent sure that it's coolant because I had a leaky power steering and I thought maybe fluid has wept back from airflow but as I said I saw 1 green drop hanging there so I think that's what it is. Why would I have coolant coming out of those holes? I have no coolant in passenger feet area.

I looked at those 2 hoses that go into firewall and there is some dried residue on the left side of firewall but there is no evidence of leaks or cracks in the hoses themselves.

on that side of the car there's not really any coolant flow other than the heater line in your lower picture.

id think more likely it was power steering fluid or oil from the engine oil cooler - i once worked on a 944 turbo that had the ENTIRE UNDERBODY on the passenger side covered in oil because the guy's oil cooler hoses had gone to ****, but not enough to actually cause an oil pressure problem.

also you need to re-position the car on that jackstand.

There are no oil leaks. As far as I can tell there is no way for power steering fluid to get into that longitudinal section in order for it to flow back out of the holes. Then there was that drop of coolant I observed there. I may have to wash it all down when I get it back together and then drive it and see if anything new returns.

Car is supported by two jacks and 2 jack stands that jack stand was there for a "just in case" scenario with no pressure on it.

The heater core/evaporator core drain tube is just behind the radio (towards the firewall) and goes from the HVAC blower box to the body sheet metal above the torque tube. It's kind of a lazy "S" shape, and is about 3-4 inches long.

The wet spots look cleaner than the rest so it is possible you are leaking washer fluid through part #9(the pump grommet), 4(the oring to the filler neck) or if there is a plug for the non headlight washer cars in the reservoir.

I have exceeded my picture limit but the tank is behind the fender liner.

Try number 2. Operator error on the pix...

Edit...the vent hose looks special. I see updated castor blocks in your future.

PET diagram 904-10.

EDIT: Beat me to it.

FWIW - item #4 NLA. Looks like a simple O-ring, probably find a suitable on McMaster-Carr.
