NASA sounds like the best bet.. they have a willow springs event in Feb, so ill be there . Many of the guys that are from up here in the Corvettes that ive raced with, usually show in that event. times are in the 1:25 to 1:27 for the fastest of the bunch. I think that should put enough g forces on the 928 to test the engine! for gregs information.... these are under 400rwhp cars with good aero . vs Anderson running 1:24s in his Zombie at 500rwhp, you can see they are pulling even MORE Gs !
And, our buddy John Gordon will probably show up and run his 996 racer!
Im all fired up about this.. should be a hoot!

The 900 HP car will be at Mid-Ohio this weekend for the season finale.
I publish our track schedule on my website. Anyone can come whenever.

Always recommend you call or email me first to make sure we haven't dropped a race from the schedule for whatever reason.

I've been invited to go to Daytona and Sebring this winter. If I have the money, I'd rather do that.
Besides - according to an email I got from Mark A this morning, you guys do not have him on board. So check yourselves before you go too much further.

Where the heck is OC to support this? Or Flussig? What was the handle for the writer/editor from Pano that was talking to us for a while?
I saw Kim Crumb's name in the Pano last month...

Rope in GhettoRacer and all of Rennlist might just show up. He's a better drover than all of you put together.
GhettoRacer haiku for the old timers:
Kibort gauntlet thrown
Will two-six rod bearing spin
Anderson kills it

Please lock down this testosterone date ASAP. This will be epic in the 928 Universe and I want to book travel!
I like the idea of making this some kind of charity event and will help recruit sponsors.

How about a handicapped event? (I'm a sailboat racer, not a track racer, so I don't know if a something like this already exists). Anyway, something like....
Each car runs four timed laps; Lap 1, 2, 3, and 4. Lap 1 for all of the cars is 'Race 1', etc. Average the runs and subtract seconds from each car's average (except the scratch car) so that the average corrected times are the same for each car. That's their handicap.
Then randomly pick one of the four 'races' (collection of Laps) as the actual race and apply the handicaps. Whoever made their best corrected time on that race wins!
