Mike,
The stickers have a Porsche part number. I'm looking at a parts invoice and I believe the p/n is 964-006-111-00 decal, engine oil @ $4.06. I'm just trying to remember if there are any other oil stickers in the engine compartment that I may have replaced - but I think this is the "Mobil 1" decal that you want.
If someone could look at their car, their may be a Porsche p/n on the sticker itself.

You guys are super! Thanks Mike & Viken!
Viken, does it say something like "Porsche Exclusive Mobil 1..." both in German and English?

The Mobil 1 sticker, unlike most other engine compartment stickers, does not have a Porsche part number printed on the sticker itself, so I'm not certain if the (993) part number referred to above is the same sticker, but I would guess so.
The sticker I think you're referring to is silver, roughly 2.5 by 3.0 inches, and is both in English and German: "Porsche exclusively recommends Mobil 1 engine oil" and "Porsche empfiehlt exklusiv Mobil 1 Motorenol".
I thought at one time these were NLA, but could you let me know if you find the number(s) above are accurate and if they're still available? As you've noted, they don't hold up too well in the heat of the engine compartment.
Good luck,
Tim

Mike,
I'm a little disappointed that you would even consider adding a non-go-fast update to your 993.
With adhesive and a varnished/gloss finish, that sticker (if it's not a "knock-off", cheap-o aftermarket) - may weigh about 2 ounces. Roughly, the curb weight of your 993 is 49,003 ounces (depending on your options) - so adding back that sticker INCREASES your total curb weight by approximately 0.0041%..??
Please reconsider..!!!

Tim, thanks for the info. That is exactly whatI'm looking for.
Viken, Your part no is almost the same. I did find what was left of my sticker on my work bench, the PN is 993-006-544-00. I had to squint to read the tiny nos.
